Job Responsibilities
※Responsible for negotiating with customers, receiving orders and scheduling booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement, etc.;
※Making sea/air transport documents and other relevant documents, responsible for inputting the fees receivable and payable to company system, and arranging the invoicing matters;
※Responsible for providing overseas agency business documents and release matters;
※Construction and filing of documents
※Customer complaints, handling of disputes and other related work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
※College Degree or above, major in import and export trade, logistics;
※ 2 years of business experience in shipping related fields;
※Familiar with sea/air transportation operation, with knowledge of documents, freight forwarding, transportation and certain import and export trade. The practical experience of Central and South America is preferred! ;
※Good English and skilled computer operation;
※ Careful and responsible, with strong sense of service and teamwork.
